The current Free Sound Recorder recording and editing features are provided without a paid activation or subscription requirement. Separate prerequisites, optional software and external services retain their own terms.

You are responsible for having the appropriate permission to record, use and share audio. The software does not grant rights to someone else’s content or guarantee access to protected playback.
Check your results
Recording and export depend on hardware, drivers, available resources and selected settings. Check a short test and the exported file before relying on a recording or removing originals.
