Record the sound playing on the computer and your voice at the same time, without mixing them into one file.
1. Check both inputs
On the record bar, check Speakers and Mic. Each one has its own gain slider. Leave both at 100% unless one of them is too quiet or too loud.

2. Headphones if you want to hear yourself
Listen plays the microphone so you can hear your voice. Put on headphones. If the default speakers are also checked, listening stays off, because that playback would be recorded again and can howl.
3. Record
Leave Count-in on. Click Record. After 3, 2, 1, both inputs start together. You will see a lane for Speakers and a lane for Microphone.

4. Stop
Click Stop. The editor shows two tracks. One is what the speakers played. The other is the microphone. Cutting or changing the volume of one does not change the other.

5. Save
Open File, then Export / Download, when you want an MP3, WAV, or FLAC. The steps for a voice-only take are in how to use the voice recorder.
